After a substantial lunch or brunch, dinner will be lighter and more relaxed. Menus are planned to suit the rhythm of each day.

AN EXCEPTIONAL EVENING
A dinner at Le Bistrot de JAN
One evening of the journey, the table is reserved at Le Bistrot de JAN, the restaurant of Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen, the first South African chef awarded a Michelin star. A French cuisine fed by his South African roots, served for one evening at the journey’s pace.
The reservation is confirmed subject to the restaurant’s availability.
